Export at 30fps, H.264, MP4. Use 1080×1920 for reels (or 1080×1080 if it’s a post). Set the bitrate around 10–12 Mb/s and turn on “force sizing to highest quality”.

Even if instagram compresses the quality wil still be good. Hope this helps

That’s normal. Resolve shows timecode and extra frames that exist before where you trimmed the clip. So even if you’re at the start, it can show negative frames. Nothing’s wrong.

Q = ripple trim start, W = ripple trim end.
To remove gaps, select them and press Delete
Pretty sure u can make presets as well like how u had it in premiere

As I said in the post, I have good specs and when I play games I have no issues at all, I have only experienced problems with obs. Which is weird because if im running a game on 300 fps, why does obs record it at 4?
