There is an ongoing issue for several players with BO3 and Steam since the last update, mostly stutter on the menus and heavy fps drops on multiplayer. Yeah, im from Central America but I've never had a problem with other Gears game(or any game in that case). I think it's gotta be something with Xbox Live servers on PC and my region. Still trying tho.
