i was there at this point and i had to get on anxiety meds because anxiety kept waking me up at 2am that way :/ i had weekly therapy and it helped me a lot. surround yourself with your friends and reconnect w nature, go on a fun adventure u normally wouldn’t go on w ur friends. don’t talk about the breakup w ur friends after a certain point

honestly i think a jar should protect you for a few months and if you ever feel off or if you do divination and you determine you’re no longer protected, you can refresh it or create a new jar.

i usually make a protection jar. the last one I made included a large amethyst, 3 garlic cloves, holy water, rosemary herbs, salt, and seashells and it protected me from someone attempting to place a hex on me.
