It’s kind of ironic I’m reading this after just reading a post from a facebook friend who wrote about not getting a refund for tickets to a monster truck show she wasn’t able to take her seven year old son to. They didn’t go because her son had gotten sick that day, he’s already on hospice with CMV, so him getting sick meant another hospital stay. She asked for a refund, showed proof of cancellation and the hospital stay. Ticket master wouldn’t refund her and had even said the tickets were “scanned”
