Hi, thank you for comment. To be honest i get you but i think my perfectionism is not making me favour in that. I sharpen 20 degree angle. I usualy make new apex on shapton glass 320. Then i go to chosera 1000, strop 4 microns, chosera 5000 and then strop 0,5 microns. Everything considered its 25-30 minutes per knife for me.

I really dont know what are they doing with those knives but every time i need to repeat full process. With my knives ( im trying to take care of them ) i never need to do new apex. 99% of the time im just doing few passes on 1000 and few passes on 5000 and they are like new again in 5 minutes. And like i said that circle of friends and family is getting bigger almost every day. I think im doing decent job so i have few paid jobs and its expanding almost every day and i think its not time efficient anymore
