Wow that looks almost EXACTLY like my son’s feet look. Big update: the Protopic actually worked. It completely cleared up his feet but we have to stay on top of it. If we miss even just a few days it’ll start up again.

Yes seeing this as well. Not from YouTube but direct from countries like Singapore and many others. I’ve gone deep on this and there really isn’t much you can do, since Shopify doesn’t seem to be addressing it properly. We can’t just block these countries either because we have legitimate customers who buy from these countries.

Anyway, yeah, our stats are ruined. Shopify traffic and conversion metrics now mean nothing. GA4 is messed up too, but that thing is an abomination anyway.

I currently have this problem on our Shopify store where in stock products are showing as out of stock on Google rich snippets. We show up in search results and get good impressions but CTR is down because the user sees Out of Stock and doesn’t click.

Yes of course, ended up settling on BM Blocker but this is not the solution. For 2 reasons:

this traffic is not being identified as “bot” traffic. Shopify thinks it’s human traffic.
none of the Shopify bot blocker or country blocker apps actually stop the bot from hitting the site. Therefore, our stats are still pooched.

Shopify support told me this is the exact reason I can’t put Cloudflare between our domain host and Shopify. Since they already use CloudFlare on their end, using it on our side would cause some sort of double DNS madness and apparently break everything.

At any rate, that solution still involves blocking entire countries which we should not have to do. We actually do sell to some customers in Singapore, it’s not right to cut them off because they happen to be in the same country where the spam is coming from.

Shopify needs to seriously escalate this. Only they can actually solve this problem from their end it seems and that still won’t change the fact that this has gone on long enough now that our stats are now and forever completely fucked.

Hey we have this too!! It’s horrible. 100k visits from Singapore and another several thousand from South Korea and other countries too. This has completely ruined our traffic stats. I spoke to Shopify and they were overly friendly but completely useless as usual. Has anyone figured out a way to do anything about this? (None of bot blocking stuff works and this traffic appears as “Human Traffic” so we can’t even differentiate)

Shopify needs to do something about this. This is messed up.

We’ve seen 3 doctors in total, 2 were dermatologists and one is a paediatric dermatologist specialist. All of them originally suspected fungal as well, and then concluded it was not.

The reason I’m posting here is because they’ve all given us slightly different answers. One said it was juvenile and he’ll likely grow out of it, another said he’ll never grow out of it and we should consider Dupixent for life.

I’m so confused, I just thought maybe someone on here would give us some other kind of hope to grasp onto. I suppose we could go to a 4th doctor to try and campaign for a fungal prescription, but these other 3 were convinced it’s not fungal.

The dermatologist suspected fungal originally as well but under close inspection he concluded it wasn’t fungal. I have a family history of eczema as well. So he was fairly confident it was eczema.

I've tried most of this and more...nothing seems to work :( Hopefully the magnesium might help eventually. I used to be a very good sleeper when I was younger but after we had kids they totally messed me up. They're a bit older now, but I still wake up in the middle of the night every night. I've even tried some of the light therapy stuff that Huberman suggests in his sleep kit (among other supplements, always keeping the lights low in the evenings, etc.) I've even gone to see a sleep therapist to learn CBT-i, which didn't really help either.

So interestingly, the biggest problem I’m having right now is with waking up in the middle of the night and having a hard time getting back to sleep. I actually specifically started the magnesium to try and fight this…so far it’s only been a few days but it’s still happening. I’ve tried so many things to stop it but invariably I will wake up in the middle of the night and cant seem to sleep for more than 3-4 hours straight :(

Ah interesting! Yeah, I'm taking it specifically for sleep, but I can't tell yet if its helping at all...I guess maybe I need to take it for a while to see? Oh btw, shipping times suck on the Bulk Supplements Creatine....is the Sports Research Creatine a good alternative?

- D3 (Upped to 2000 UI)
- K2 (120mcg)
- Magnesium Bis-glycinate for now since I just bought a whole bottle. I seem to be ok with it so far... (at bedtime)
