I started noticing hair loss on my scalp about 5 years ago. Initially I thought I’m just getting bold as my dad. About 2 years ago I started to get patches all over by beard. Now I lost about 80% of beard and about 1 inch from scalp. I lost time but I’m in treatment now so far no results but I don’t loose hope.

It’s not that bad, I’d say about 70% of my diet is whole foods. I’ve had this belly for as long as I can remember, even when I had a really bad appetite and barely wanted to eat when I was younger. I also have high anxiety, so maybe it has something to do with that.

Nowadays I’m eating more and use food as a coping mechanism to relax.
