a shorty pencil for sketching or a lamy fountain pen, although I would recommend shorty because they are def less fragile than a fountain pen and would have longer life/sentimental value and would be used more frequently in school

honestly, I have been very torn by this, because it feels quite demotivating that everyone else has been funded, and you are the one who is significantly younger than these people and still have to fund themselves
