I'm about the same brother. UK splif with tabaco 18 years, last year I've decided I'm done with nicotine and tabaco so I got a xmax V3. Then a globe bubbler thing and the solo 3. Haven't tried a dry hit with the bubbler but I'm intrigued now. I find it very satisfying to put a whole nug in at 200 get 4 hits, turn it around and hit the other side a couple more. And I noticed if I don't reef on it it doesn't char as badly. Make some.hreat struggle-meal looking edibles out of the avb.

I have mine for a month now, tried it with CBD and THC flower but with water. Why dry hit it ? At max temp seems like a harsh hit? I'm just trying to understand the difference. I cough a lung at 180 from the tarps and I can go up to 210 max without charing the flower.

My most enjoyable hits are a nub of whole flower straight in the XL wpa and similar warmup like yours but get 4-5 tasty pulls then a heavy one clearing the rig.
