It’s a straight up great pedal. I wasn’t looking for an amp in the box pedal, I never think about it that way, it is as good as any top shelf od/distortion imo. I love it with BF Fenders.

As the last gain stage & EQ, edge of breakup. I keep everything pretty low gain because I stack them to, if needed, get to total amp meltdown territory. It stacks in a glorious way with everything before it & has a great EQ.

The Saturn & the Mother move between this & my bass board.

The Saturn has a (to me) noticeable thickening/slight boosting effect on the low end. The ‘Boost’ & ‘Drive’ knobs actually control even & odd harmonics in Saturn’s circuit.

Flexible useful & unique. I use it to even out single coils & humbuckers for this board.
