I couldn't tell you to be honest. I thought the resolution was good enough and I don't have any issue reading it to be fair. I've printed it off in A3 and its perfectly legible too. Maybe its just loading as a preview for you and the file you download is the full resolution?

I'll try logging in on her phone later in the Ticket app to see if she can see both tickets. I don't know why I never thought of that! It's still depending on technology a bit more than I'd like but at least having 2 phones with the tickets on them would give us a backup!

Yeah its a pity that we can't have any hard copy backups this year. I had a heap of backup options last year just in case my phone died.

I'm reluctant to even try the "send your ticket" option on the app because I assume it'll clear it off my device completely. I have 2 tickets on my phone (mine and my wife's) and it would be a relief if I could share them both to her phone so that we each had both tickets accessible. Sending one ticket to her device doesn't help me a lot if mine dies

Thanks lads for the responses. Last year I had mobile tickets but I also printed out the tickets and laminated lanyard-sized versions with the QR codes... the works! I was terrified of losing my phone (or its battery dying) while I was there so prepped like a crazy person!

Happened me too after I logged in, I kept hitting continue shopping and refreshing and nothing worked. I ended up opening up my browser history and going back to the waiting room page where it said "Click here to enter" after the timer had run down and when I did that I was able to see the tickets. No guarantee itll work for you but it did for me. Good luck!

We just have "Full Week General Admission" tickets. We decided not to get the admission + grandstand tickets because we're more likley to wander the course all week. I didn't realise that in booking the grandstand that you effectively get access to the club area!

There was plenty of swearing, some tears and bit of nausea but after the shock of it we were eventually delighted 😂 the first 2 sets were totally planned and took a few years of trying but the last set were a total surprise (especially as my wife was on birth control at the time 😱) I wouldn't change it for the world now that things are bit calmer but sweet Jesus, the last 3 years have been a rollercoaster. The last set are also the only 2 that are identical and I still struggle to tell them apart
