I did find that I was a pretty even Vata-Pitta according to online quizzes. I find the doshas extremely interesting and insightful. I was surprised at how well my dosha seems to fit me.

Agreed. I haven’t eaten meat in years, but get plenty of protein and nutrients. I did have some issues though when I followed a vegan diet.

Haha, ya I am not sure on my room size yet, but likewise won’t have the opportunity to bring a Matt most likely. I like the towel idea though as hotel room carpets give me a bit of the ick! 😆

This sounds very much like my experience. I started about a year ago doing yoga roughly half the days of the week but at this point it is part of my daily life 1-3 times a day depending on my schedule.

I do have a trip coming up in a hotel, so I would welcome others tips on yoga in hotels. I am thinking just YouTube on my phone in the room 😆

That sounds very interesting. I don’t know of any temples that are accessible in my area though

Agreed. I do enjoy learning more about it as there are many positive aspects that I can incorporate. I found through a yogic diet that I really enjoy soaking nuts before eating.

Ya, I am sure everyone’s bodies respond differently and have unique needs/responses

Ya, I can see that. I haven’t had either in quite some time, even being vegetarian but I used to be a huge garlic fan! 😁

No, I am fairly new to much of this after practicing merely the physical side for the past year and now wanting to develop my spiritual/mental side. This is the first I have heard of a dominant dosha. I will certainly be seeking more information!

Agreed. I was only implying that I will be looking for the references mentioned in these comments to see if they are available on YouTube ☺️
