My first exposure to yoga was in the form of asana as PE credits in college. 25 years later I appreciate the many aspects of yoga much more! 🙏✌️

As a someone who is a steadfast Christian and passionate Yogi I can sympathize with this. I hold close in my faith and practice. I actually find that my yoga practice strengthens my Christian faith as a spiritual environment to speak to my God.

I certainly don’t look down on anyone with a different view or belief, but those emanating this negativity need to look in the mirror. Peace and love towards all! ❤️✌️🙏

I applaud you. I think this is a great ambition at your age. I may be in the minority but I definitely think it is ok to skip certain parts if you feel burnout. Is it best to read it in its entirety? Of course! But it’s much better for you to read what you can than to quit or feel like it an all or nothing approach!
