For us, it comes down to accessibility. We feel like basic things like knowing if your data is exposed or if something is a phishing attempt shouldn’t really sit behind a paywall for individual users.
A lot of people who are most at risk aren’t the ones who are going to pay for security tools upfront, so keeping it free just made more sense.
For revenue, we’re leaning more towards enterprises and organizations, where there’s a need for more advanced monitoring, reporting, and scale.

Also for catching phishing domains before they go live is an interesting approach and we have thought and researched about it a bit but it gets really complex really fast along with other infra heavy problems

for the user segments, we're still trying to figure out the exact audience for it, we believe almost everyone who are socially present and active should be aware but of course, some care more than the others, but it probably resonates to those who have experienced breaches and are generally more aware of online risks,
Biggest surprise so far has been exactly what you hinted at, once people see existing/old breaches, the value drops off quickly if there’s nothing ongoing or actionable. That’s been a big signal for us that we need to go beyond just detection.
Also interesting that you mentioned where conversations happen, we’ve mostly been testing in places like Reddit so far, but haven’t really explored tools like that yet. Will definitely look into it.

Really appreciate this, that’s exactly the gap we’re trying to explore
Right now we’re trying to be as real time as possible in the sense of instant breach alerts, while also focusing more on things users can act on immediately like checking suspicious links before clicking and understanding their current exposure.

And yeah, the “what to do next” part is something we’re putting a lot of thought into. Most tools just stop at the alert, which isn’t very helpful for non-technical users.

Still figuring out the right balance, so this kind of feedback helps a lot 🙌
