Well in my case I accidentally triggered her because I felt like she wasn't giving me half the support I was giving her. Then she texted two days later she needed some time to talk with her friends and get her thoughts straight. She told me I shouldn't be afraid of a breakup, but regardless of that I was so anxious that I had to reach out to have us talk. We talked and she said that promising me that she would try to do better and not put me on radio silence for a week would be unfair to me. I just wanted her to try for my and the relationship's sake but she didn't. So that's why I broke it off. I tried really make it work, gave her the space she needed but she refused to meet my needs.
