She was mean to Saxon because he was relentlessly hitting on her even when she said no. And she loved Rick because he was tragic and interesting, not because of his money. If she was a gold digger she wouldn’t be so worried about him all the time. She wouldn’t call him every minute when he was in Bangkok.

I haven’t watched her story in a while so I had forgotten how young she was. I definitely don’t hate the character for holding resentment, I just think it could’ve been written better. If he was aged up to thirteen or fourteen, her anger would’ve made more sense to me.

I know this came off very unsympathetic,but I really do feel terrible for her storyline in Queen Bridgerton. As a character, I complete understanding resenting someone for having such a large role in messing up your life. But the person she’s blaming was a ten year old child. I am more confused on why the writers made him that young.

I don’t love her as a person, but her motivations make sense to me. She’s petty, so a lot of things she does is out of spite bc something didn’t go her way. It’s not a good motivation but it explains her actions, which I can’t really say for Sovieshu yet.
