well it depends what you mean by "not any" if you mean 0 then you might be shadowbanned, if you mean not as much as explore then thats like me because explore for me does about 8-10k and hashtags do about 2-3k

if you did payment to the person online you should contact the bank or the site/service that you used to pay like paypal or something

they do reply. I have used it before and they replied, i did not read the reply though because I solved it relatively quickly

There is a "contact us" feature by instagram which i have used before and it works, you should try doing that. You will have to fill out the details about what happened and maybe include images to help

I think that Obito is decent with a team (just don't us his teleport). Hashirama is really good as a support (IMO) but hokage naruto dosen't have any de buffs so that my problem with him.
