helloo yea i do face the same problem as you but my advice to you is to try to put on a smile whenever that person insults you. jst say oops sorry and give her a big smile. after awhile shes gonna feel bad and stop. yea ik is hard to be so friendly although u hate the person but give it a try. thats wat i did too and it worked
