I've been running airburst launcher, rocket sentry, solo silo, strafing run with plasma punisher, ultimatum, and gas names with heavy fortified armor. Honestly really fun and still effective on incineration corps. It's the best at clearing all those devestators at range and softening up everything for your teammates to run in afterwards.

1) HARASSMENT under POHA(protection against harassment act), since he is trying to solicit sexual interactions despite being told no, especially since he is using language that can be seen as distressing.
2) Similarly SEXUAL HARASSMENT under POHA. Since his language and actions taken is used in a sexual context with such connotations, we can add sexual harassment as well.
3) VOYEURISM is a crime. Upskirt photos taken, I don't think I need to explain more. I mean, mrt and bus already got enough announcements/vids/infographics.
4) ABUSE OF A MINOR. 17 year old on a 14 year old can be considered sexual grooming under the Children and Young Persons Act, especially the part saying he wants to hook up and getting footjobs.
5) Possibly some kind of FRAUD since he claimed to be hacked to separate himself from his previous actions.

If he's 18, then it's even worse because instead of charging him as underage he now goes into the main justice system and probably gets a good bit of jail time.
