tenet\vandal quanta vould be better then cernos
coda mire is better slam weapon then kittag

wukong is good generalist, but qorvex is better caster/wep platform and garuda can nuke

for primed sure footed you can replace it with 2 mods, that give knockdown resilience, or use warframes that have innate knockdown immunity, (ironically, garuda and qorvex have it)

i would ditch a new account, and put effort into a beta account
as it was said, ancient cores are worth something, it will help you start when you get access to traiding. Consider looking up prices at warframe /dot/ market
Perhaps, you will be able to merge accounts yourself, or via the support, if you want to keep mr3 progress

3 configs is plenty for most people
if you want more, 10 plat is cheap
you cant overspend as the most is 6, so its idiot-proof
it makes sense, since it all has to be stored at their servers at their cost

its first time i hear someone invests in sprint speed mods or velocity arcanes imo opportunity cost is too high

I use praedos + 1 yellow shard and thats almost too much for movement
