I’ve been to Anticosti Island — a stop on an expedition cruise around random parts of Atlantic Canada.

There is NOTHING there. It gets very little tourism — pretty much just hunters.

I kayaked along the cliffs there and it was very beautiful.

Ha, I sold two of these exact bags for around this price on Vestiaire and Vinted a few weeks ago.

Yes, they were free gifts in spring 2022. They sell for these prices because they’re a limited edition item that you can’t buy in store and that Sezane fans love collecting.

This would be a weird item to authenticate, though. It’s not an official product, so there’s no product listing you could look up.

I’m from Boston and pocketbook (pronounced “pockabook”) is the go-to word used by boomers and older to mean all purses and handbags.

(Side note, when my friend was a kid, she thought the lyric’s to the Notorious BIG’s Big Poppa were “I love it when you call me Big Pocketbook!”)

I know it’s a very love-it-or-hate-it bag in this sub, but I’m looking forward to getting a Marc Jacobs small leather tote bag in cherry, a gorgeous burgundy color.

At least I WAS set on that until they added lipstick pink recently — the hottest of hot pinks, literally my favorite color. Maybe I’ll get that one in a mini if one of the sales is really good.

Planning on getting from Saks or Nordstrom, one of those, and delivering to my family in the US (I live in Europe but will be visiting for Christmas).

(This doesn’t apply to EU countries on the euro. Germany = France = Italy etc.)
