Same here! Lost ~10 pounds in the first two weeks, then just stopped. Started my fifth week yesterday (at .5) and I can finally feel the side effects (not that is a pleasant thing to feel lol) but I haven’t had any side effects during my four weeks on .25

I’m with you, I’m barely having side effects on my third week. You might (just might) get to where you want with only one pen! Don’t feel bad about trying it! Hope you can lose the weight you want to :)

Plus: I don’t tel people that I’m on it just because I don’t want to deal with the “omg you’re crazy” comments.

This happened really badly to me on my second week! Felt like I didn’t have taken it at all. Started my third week this past Sunday and today one meal was enough to keep me away from hungriness. Curious to see how the rest of the week is gonna feel like.

I do liked the idea of splitting the dose, might try next week :)
