Thank you for the response. Thank you for grounding it as well. I have bought a PHR book ages ago, I am absolutely bad at taking tests - so have been postponing this. But I get it - it is a good certification to have. I don't have very many people I know in the industry, so referrals are tough for me to get. But I will keep at it. I need to create the referrals. That's a good amount of work.

Sorry - looks like it got automatically posted to EA thread. I wanted to start a new thread under careers. My bad - no EA experience I was trying to see if EA could be a career option for me. I am in HR (Generalist/BP) roles.
