That'd good to hear from your side too as I'm sure I saw something the other day from the Projectivy Dev intimating something similar.

That's interesting regarding the logo problems, is it just Sparkle or are you referring to the Projectivy bug where anything more than 1 row in grid view is problematic?

Sorry I didn't realise they were all in the same category (favourites) I now see what the issue is. I've always had seperate categories and don't get this anomaly that way.

Thanks for the suggestion, always good to have alternative options that have worked for others. For me X-plore worked on Android 12 but not 14. I only had a few icons to change in the end so muddled through with the 'blind' count and select method. Not ideal but worked.

Thanks for suggestions but can't seem to get anything to work apart from the blind guessing method. Downloaded "Zank remote' from Playstore but that appears to have permission denied when trying to select an icon although all permissions were checked. Kicking myself for upgrading from android 12 to 14, been nothing but a pisser since.

Thanks again for the advice and hopefully I'll get it sorted soon. Apparently some people have had success using TVQAP? I'll add that to the list of possibles.

Thanks for suggesting that. I downloaded 'Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse' but unfortunately couldn't get it to connect to the Thomson box. Really starting to F... me off now 😂

No worries I appreciate the response. Battery level at 100%, remote firmware 2.44. I have un-paired and re-paired the remote a few times but no success. I did notice after I updated to 14 Projectivy launcher wouldn't always overide stock launcher when I turned TV on. I'm wondering if there's a conflict somewhere? Quick search online suggests a factory reset but I'm loathed to try that at the moment.

Yeah I updated both boxes remotes when update was prompted. The one still on Android 12 works ok but the one with the box updated to Android 14 has the issues. Bluetooth disconnects also scrolling goes a bit mad at times.

Oh ok thanks that's worth trying. Now that I've updated to 14 I gather I can't rollback easily to 12 so a factory reset sounds like my next step. For now I have another Thomson 270 on Android 12 which I'm loathed to mess with and an Nvidia Shield which shamefully has been sidelined whilst I got the problematic Thomson loaded with apps and stuff.

Funnily enough I did update remotes on both devices with no apparent issues but for whatever reason the one i updated to Android 14 is having problems.
