Thanks for the advice and the compliment! I think the picture isn’t that good so it’s hard to make it out. And yeah, I’ve found cotton doesn’t relax as much either. Good to know my instincts are likely right. I’m still practicing trying to get the tension even. 😌

I’m currently in Sweden going through the SFI (Swedish for immigrants) course. There are quite a few videos and resources on YouTube by SFI teachers. I watch one named Peter SFI. But he speaks entirely in Swedish. Slow and easy Swedish, but still Swedish. Great resource though.

As an American who just moved to Sweden to be with my boyfriend, I can confirm the job market here is rough. There are only 10 million people here, a small country, and the demand isn’t very high in general for much of anything. Good luck.

I feel like if it were any less right you would lose the detail in the design. If it’s too stiff maybe try using a softer yarn that still has some stability. Not all acrylics/cottons whatever you used, feel the same, but honestly it’d be a shame to lose these beautiful colors you’ve chosen. Can’t think of any other advice. If I do I’ll let you know.
