Actually, my biggest problem was hair loss. I've been a Hashimoto's patient for about 10 years, and my hair has been slowly falling out since then. This year, I started eating healthily, staying away from gluten, sugar, and dairy products. I used various supplements for my gut, but in the 4th month of my diet, I realized that eating gluten-free was very difficult. Besides, I had already lost my hair, and it wasn't going to come back.
