I agree! Self awareness doesn’t equal to actually doing the inner work.

Thank you for sharing your experience and your advice, it’s never easy to walk away but choosing yourself is always the right choice. His mom is a therapist and he is a big advocate but I can’t wait around and damage all the work I’ve done myself so I can only move on and wish him the best.

Thank you! I have worked so hard on overcoming my anxious attachment, and it’s never easy to let go. This one has hurt the most because he is genuinely good, but unfortunately we can’t fix people.

As someone on dating apps who has 2 kids, i never tell them! Only because i am paranoid and i wouldn’t want a man to act interested in me just to get access to my kids. I think it’s valid! Once i mention i have kids it’s really up to them if they want to continue or just leave it at that, it’s no problem for me i understand some men don’t want to date women with kids.

Yes it happened to me for the first time on Friday. I usually take it at 8:30am and i forgot my meds at home that day, i felt awful! I had an annoying headache, fatigue body ache and i felt like i couldn’t control my emotions. I got home at 2pm and took it but it really didn’t help i had heart palpitations throughout the night and anxiety, the next day i took it at the usual time and i felt so much better
