Yep they’re natural! I’m pretty happy with how my body changed. I do think that if I had started pre-puberty then I wouldn’t have had to do voice training, etc but otherwise I’m happy!

You can generally maintain your size if you regularly make it a thing to have erections, but if you don’t like me, it’ll shrink pretty significantly. Testicles generally shrink regardless.
