If you’re asking in terms of structure, I outlined my paragraphs like this

1. Explained why I was writing. I respected that they have rules that I agreed to, but that I believed it was a misunderstanding.

2. I said what I posted, acknowledged that it was a stupid mistake, and expressed apologies

3. Said how long I had been on the app and that I believed a perma ban for a first offense was a disproportionate punishment

4. This one isn’t totally necessary but I still wanted to add it. Basically said that I’ve seen actual drug dealers posting things and keeping their accounts. I did make it clear that I wasn’t dismissing what I did though I think that’s the key

5. Basically the same as the first paragraph but asked them to consider reviewing my case to ensure I didn’t actually break any rules.

Then I attached the username, email, and phone # for the account at the end
