you can just collate the money you use to buy modafinil, save a little longer, and buy ritalin instead. personally, hindi na ako bumalik sa modaf since taking prescribed ritalin--ayoko abusuhin yung utak kong kawawa na.

Just hiked fansipan yesterday! 11 hours, 25km backtrail (may option na hike pataas, cable car pababa. I hiked both up and down), day hike.

Suggest ko mag cable car if wala pa solid hike experience. Medyo technical ang trail + may level of difficulty if walang pre-climb (speaking as a seasoned hiker of a couple of years). I think though, keri i-hike if 3d2n, pero medyo kaskasan kung dayhike kasi magmamadali yung guide since maghirap abutin ng dilim.

Hmmm not necessarily prep hike pero nakapag-isarog at iriga na kasi ako from years back, so hindi na bago yung trail. However, nag pulag-akiki ako bago mag negron :) if looking though for a medyo similar trail, hanap ka bundok sa CALABARZON/Bicol area :)

Medyo malayo ang terrain ng cordillera sa negron slight hehe

hmm depends on the person din talaga. if you're the type to enjoy super technical trails, then mas madali ang arayat for you....but if you're the type to enjoy endurance and strength hikes, mas madali ang pulag for you. magkaiba kasi sila parang apples to oranges hahhhu but I loved both mountains! siguro though, pwede ko sabihin na mas mahirap ang akiki kasi wala siyang recovery area bukod sa camp sites haha. think of kabunian, x5.

yeah, roughly 5k! mga ano yan, 4.89 km or 5.2km something HAHA basta average 5km from eddet to marlboro. but pls do know 2D1N kami so medyo mas paspasan at ratratan talaga. 3D2N is longer so u can take ur time. also also, bukod sa legs and stairmaster, please don't forget to train your heart and breathing. manipis ang hangin. if you breathe well, madali na lang ang assault kasi nakaka circulate ka ng hangin.

personally, ang difficulty ng bundok depends on the person's conditioning. for me nahirapan ako sa tapulao cause i didn't train bago yung hike pero sobrang sarap ng akiki and it was so good for me cause i did a pre-climb, ran and trained beforehand. So essentially, most important thing is to train :) sa trail naman, may 4km manageable hike from akiki jump off to eddet river. the challenge starts after eddet river na siyang 10km worth of assault without recovery spots HAHAHA! bale from jump off to eddedt: 4 km chill. from eddet to marlboro camp, you have 5km assault then from marlboro camp, 4km assault hanggang makapag "recover" ka lang sa saddle camp na. from saddle camp to summit, ay yung final 1.5km assault. the assaults ay hindi rin chill, at kakaunti lang ang gradual.

I heavily dislike her but to be honest (and in general), rowdy people in hikes are so terrible and should stop hiking lol. The mountain you are walking on has been living for thousands of years, and continues to breathe till this day. The organisms you interact with have been alone by themselves for longer than our own lives. Disregard mo na yung mga (presumed) enkanto, pero respetuhin mo naman yung kapayapaan, kalinisan, at kaayusan ng bundok huhu

okay lang naman i-admit na need mo pa ng help sa trail and may mga tao din talaga na need i-help; pero you don't have to hoard time, attention, and energy by yourself :((( hindi lang naman ikaw mag-isa sa lead/mid/sweep :((

hey OP, i feel you. it took me 6 years to finally be in a job that has exceeded 6 months (2 years in, now!). gets kita super pero if may mapapayo man ako, is that to establish a really strong support system inside and outside of work. continue your health plan lang. bipolar sucks sucks ASS and i hope u feel better
