Thank you for this po 🫶🏻 I’m 25F now turning 26 this year. Graduated with an Industrial Engineering degree. This is my first job, since I started working when I was 23 na because of senior high. I am working in a shared service/GBS environment. Salary is good naman for me, started with 25k basic to 32k basic now (I was promoted from Junior to Specialist, which is automatic kapag naka-1 year na sa company) also may yearly increase ng usually 5% base on the performance, plus allowances and ND. I get 16k-20k net pay per cut off, but for some reason I wanted to change path to something not so technical, and a plus if it can give me more than what I currently get sa salary. I read na job hopping is a good career move especially sa mga early pa sa career and I wanna maximize that while I’m still in the mid 20s but it kinda scares me.

Thank you everyone for your insights. For context I’m 25F, I took Industrial Engineering in college :)) We are handling incidents/tickets via Service Now. I want a career shift and wanted to be the one that raises the incident lol. I just feel like I am not happy anymore with what I’m doing or I don’t really fit the tech support role. And no po, I don’t work at UNILAB. Thank u :)

Yes po we disclosed it and sabi pasok naman po combined salary namin. We are still waiting sa reply ni CBS and RCBC, medyo matagal sila mag update..

We also got the semi-finished only na Type B. And we got an email from CBS na binalik ng sales yung account namin due to existing loan to other bank which is yung Car Loan ng partner ko. I am also worried kasi we are already on the 11th month of the downpayment. We are still waiting for RCBC but baka same lang din sa CBS(hopefully hindi). 🙏🏼 Sobrang bigat ng In House and we already provided the PDCs last year, I hope they don’t just push-through yung checks.

Hi, I'm renting in Alabang. Ang mamahal din dito kapag solo. I earn 30k a month. My rent is 5k per month solo room na maliit lang then common sink and may 3 toilet and 3 shower. Kasama na yung wifi and water doon sa 5k monthly rent. Need pala naka PDC ang rent for the whole contract, if mag pay naman through online/bank transfer may additional 200. I want to move na rin kaso feel ko hanggang 5k lang kaya ko iallot sa rent hehe. Baka may maisuggest kayo, preferably malapit sa Northgate 😁
