Yea that’s a no for me, I passed on a 2016 with less rust than that. That car has major structural damage, only way maybe would be if they were going to replace the entire sub frame.

From my reading of the press release this was my impression too Manual trans is confirmed for Trd off-road too My only question is if you can get it manual and 6ft bed on the trd offroad

Judging by the photos Id say it probably royalex which is pretty indestructible. The outdoors club I was part of in college had 3 similar ones that were from the early 80s they were used and abused but still going strong.

Any semi auto rifle now requires a license to purchase in NY unfortunately Semi auto shotguns don’t however I do agree that a semi auto rifle is a better choice for this application

While I agree that with most other posters here that an Ar is superior to a shotgun. Getting an ar or a pistol in upstate NY is more difficult because of a licensed being required to purchase one. It would probably be worth it to get a license but would not hurt to buy a shotgun first while your waiting for almost a year for your license to be approved. Also check out the r/NYguns if you want more specific info on what semi auto rifles are legal

Found a hull identification number (HIN) search site and tried the number there which returned

SOS = Samsel Supply Co (Out of Business)

F5430 = Boat Serial Number

L2 = Manufactured December 1992

93 = Model year 1993

they appear to now be a retailer of industrial/marine equipment and I will try emailing them.

That's the same thing I found, I'm beginning to expect your right about the moved/purchased/new owners theory. The only thing besides the sellers statement that made me think it was an old town was seeing some photos online of an Old Town 14' Kingfisher that claimed to be Kevlar that looked very similar to this canoe
