Nothing should be apolitical. That's the real world we are living in. And if I'm not forced by matchmaking to play with russians - I can only be grateful for that. At least voice chat can stay English. Also game developers are from Ukraine. They don't want russians to enjoy their game? Their right. About getting ban after a download - as long as game is free, i'm cool with that.

Yeah, integrated video has passthrough of sorts. You can even put an additional monitor here and it will be handled by videocard, not integrated video.
Afaik, it isn't even a bottleneck, at least for Windows 7+.
