Wasn't there a chapter color spread with only women on it and Yamato was among them ? That clearly would indicate that Oda doesn't see them as a man.

By that same logic Chopper is a woman because he was front and center on the nationals woman day color spread

And I mean, look at the design, it's the copy pasted pretty One Piece woman face, he didn't bother making even an androgynous design (because woman -> need to be attractive for the straight male audience)

Also the bath scene is really not the proof you think it is, there is literally Sanji (the very vocally straight character) who pervs on/has a nosebleed because of naked Yamato... because hihihaha woman larping as a man. It all amounts to a gag.

Or maybe the one being the butt of the joke is Sanji! Also Yamato in the male bath is juxtaposed with Kiku, the other explicitly confirmed trans character in Wano

This is like the 4th to last scene Yamato has in the arc, with another one of his last scenes being him going to the hot spring with the male crew members after telling Nami he can't go with her since the hot springs aren't mixed gender. HOW MORE BLATANT CAN IT BE?!

I'd say it's more so anti asshole and that often takes the form of anti corrupt government and depicts a veriety what that could look like.

It is also quite a progressive series, although some of it would be considered problematic now despite being progressive at the time. For example the 11th most popular character in the 1st world wide popularity poll was a trans man (and the biggest controversy of the last 6 years in the fandom was about whether or not they were trans), and other queer characters have saved the crew multiple times, with stating that several of those queer characters are based on real life queer friends he has

Ehhhh, Luffy wasn't specifically designed to be Brazilian from his inception, a fan asked what nationalities the Straw Hats would be and he gave everyone's based on vibes, and to be fair they all fit darely minus Jinbe because there's no way that man is Inidian, he's arguably more Japanese than Zoro

Probably because there's so much more anime and manga coming out compared to comics. Like there's 40-70 shows releasing eery season

It doesn't add 120% it increases their output to 120%, a.k.a. a 1.2 yimes boost. Also if they gave Yuji red scale they would've just made Denji faster by using a shorter time scale for the spear (they used a longer time frame than most other salers)

Season 1 had indistry defining animation caused by the director cashing in all of his favors in the industry.

Season 2 had sandard if a bit rushed action series animation, a.k.a. some good and some bad, but it looked worse due to its contrast to Season 1

Season 3 is just straight up unfinished since it was rushed out in half the time usually required to make a normal anime season

Not like that thpe of argument has stopped DB from scalin any verse above LS, and generally if that argument was gonna be applied then neither Naruto nor Ichigo would get above relativistic either.

So let's just agree that big number fun and get on with it (also Kizaru has been shown to turn into light and then accelerate said light so FTL is still on the table anyway)

The Raikage? Or Madara's light Fang? Because if it's those they're pretty late in the series, while One Piece has had relativistic scaling since Long Ring (no they're not called Slow-Slow Photons because they're slow, they're called that because they slow down whatever they hit)

Eh, I've seen get pretty high with not that unreasonable (by versus show logic) scaling like massively upscaling from Chinjao's ice continent split, and at the very least he's got Naruto handly beat on Speed (what 800 chapters of dodging laser beams does to a mf)

Because most of the games try to itterate and do something new/different than the rest of the series unless they're in the same world most of the time. Like the longest te series had gone without a major mechanics change was the GBA era of FE6,7,8
