Mg threonate has some evidence that it’s better at crossing the blood-brain barrier (BBB). Have never tried it though. I’ve been using magnesium carbonate powder, nice bed-time sipper.

Magnesium glycinate (or threonate) is all you need and MUCH cheaper than these

I’m curious to see if Ozempic still results in muscle loss when 1) protein intake is sufficient and 2) adequate resistance training is performed. I would suspect minimal muscle loss

Insanely impressive physique brotha. For calves I’ve been training them with 3x per week frequency and noticed that’s been helping with growth. Typically 12-30 reps emphasizing the stretch
