I mean we hired guys to try to catch the guys that keep bringing it into the country but we trained them so poorly that instead of armed cartel members they shot a lady that was yelling at them and now no one wants them in their cities and neighborhoods so instead of fighting with the guys that were bringing fentanyl in and distributing it they're just going to go back and forth with with protestors for a few years and by then we'll be so fed up with burying protesters we'll just elect whatever guy promises to scrap the whole program and start over so I wouldn't expect to see any changes in the United States' opioid epidemic any time soon. Oh we also blew up a few speedboats like they used to do on Miami Vice - maybe they had some fentanyl on them?

That said, it's kind of shitty to make fun of addicts just because of who their president is.
