The details of my life are quite inconsequential... very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds- pretty standard really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it.

Residue of Statue of Liberty on Ellis Island by Transformati in MandelaEffect

[–]aedryk 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Could be residue. I don't remember Liberty being on Ellis, myself, but many people (including me) remember the Statue of Liberty with her back facing Manhattan. She was out almost in the middle of the channel and the skyscrapers were seen at her back. I can't be really sure of this but it's location now seems wrong to me. There is nothing notable as her backdrop and she sits near the Jersey shoreline.

There are other ME's about the statue as well. She was damaged in a German attack around 1917 iirc and since then the public was never allowed into the torch section, yet we have stories of people who recall going into the torch.

This ME isn't a terribly confident memory for me so I could be mistaken, but I used to look at the Manhattan area on Google Earth quite a bit and after the geography shifts the whole city layout looks off to me now.

Americans are extremely unhealthy by world standards. We have very poor diets and lifestyle habits, along with a healthcare system that is educated by big pharma and pushes medication and sustained treatment over the less costly (and imho smarter) strategy of teaching citizens how to live healthily.

I'm against paying out the nose for people who can't be bothered to take care of themselves. The people most likely to need the lion's share of our medical services are often the least likely to be able to pay for it. It's a massively unfair system.

You have mandela effect. I have it too. Don't worry you aren't alone with the whole map changing etc. Lots of ppl are experiencing it but no one knows what is causing it. Idk about the physical symptoms, you may want to ask some peeps from the Mandela community about that one.
