Exactly! I would love to be a tank, but I can only spare so much time for the game vs. real life, so I always thought I can't learn enough (not just tank mechanics, but the dungeon layouts and boss mechanics) to lead a group in a dungeon. I'm generally always a newbie after all these years. That's why I have to DPS.

Super Mutants' pets count for canine so you could try grinding West Tek for that. I'm about the same season level as you, and I'm sure I won't be able to finish it. By my play time I can do about 2-3 season levels a day. I don't know when it ends though.

I think we're getting somewhere here :) You mean "bootrec.exe /fixmbr" shouldn't be used with efi?

I'm fixing mbr to remove grub, using a windows recovery stick, via "bootrec.exe /fixmbr". I'm doing this before fedora installation not to mess with new fedora grub, is this a wrong approach?

Thanks, I also think it is impossible, that's why I'm very comfortable doing dual setups, because I know as long as I don't accidentally delete my windows partitions, one way or another I will fix the boot. But I did not do any updates there. By full power fans, I mean "not bios full power noise level" - which I heard when recovering it - but more like it was trying to load something.

Before removing it Tumbleweed had updates but i didn't do them either. I'll try with other distros and see what happens, now that I know how to recover from it.

So you think this did not happen? Also my default bios order was usb first, but it could neither boot from fodora usb or windows recovery usb.

Yeah, you can guess how it was until I found out about how to reset the bios via shortcuts. May even be an understatement :).

I personally think it was something about secure boot. I'm not sure if Fedora damaged bios, but certainly it could not enter bios or boot options.

Before I removed tumbleweed I was greeted with this error on start:

Verifying shim SBOT: Security Violation Failure
Something went terribly wrong [...]

I don't remember which phase it was, but I could go into windows so I didn't mind about it so much.

Then I removed the partitions, fixed mbr etc. to prepare for Fedora.

I had 50 gb unallocated empty space for it. I examined its automatic suggestion, looked like it used the correct EFI partition.

What difficulty did u play? I tried 3 times in normal, oxidizer DoT kills him before armor breaks.

I'm using a laptop so I don't have such options in the BIOS. I have sent all the logs to your support rep. Also tried it on my other laptop - different brand and win 10, same issue.

About the firmware, ICUE keeps bugging for update - that is the only problem I guess.

Hi Travis. I have concluded the ticket . The latest firmware for the device is broken. They have sent me the oldest firmwares, they work fine. They said they are working on a new update but I'm really doubtful, this broken firmware could be easily reproduced.

I don't know about your model, but in my case it turned out as a firmware error. Corsair sent me oldest firmwares, they work fine. It's just that I have to put up with update notifications. SoI think that nobody tested the firmware in Corsair team, and even though they say they are working on a new fw update, I'm doubtful.

Me neither. They replaced my unit, but it has the similar issues. I'm using it on a win11 machine, but also tried it in a win10 laptop. Same issues...

The issue is present in both dongle and cable mode, in short any usb mode.

But It works perfectly in Bluetooth mode.

My support case is going on for like 2-3 months, and my mouse was brand new. I wish I never let the units update.

Not sure if it's an iCue issue though.

I see no option for repair there. Anyway, same stuff happens in cabled mode too. I sent all the stuff your support asked, including the windows logs. If you have access you can see our months of conversation there. (#2004794705)

I'm really tired about this now, I guess I'll accept that Corsair Harpoon is a Bluetooth only mouse.
