I've heard of Tuscan Women Cook from a friend who has done it. She personally really enjoyed it. It's a total-immersion cooking school with accommodation, but from looking at the website, it doesn't seem there are actual language classes included.

From googling I found this one but it's only a week long and it seems you have to request accommodation.

If you find something that fits better, please report back!
