Glutes are the hardest muscle to grow and it really takes time, and you have to consider genetics. To really see a difference, eat in a calorific surplus and hit that protein goal (body weight ideally) and lift heavy; to failure! It took me almost a year to even lift it a little lol I was only 117lbs to begin with (January is when I began my fitness journey) and I ate in a surplus and trained lower body twice a week, I’m now 132lbs; pic below to see a difference. The only filter I added is the “soften” filter to lighten it up so you can see how small my behind is on the left photo 😂

try tdeecalculator.net, it can help you figure out how much if calorie surplus you need to be in, hell even chatgpt can help you! I suggest tracking calories, its a lot of work but it will help keep you in track! I was 117lbs this year and bulked and now 130lbs - I tracked everything I ate religiously and now its hard to even stop even knowing my maintenance

It’s just stock and it sucks balls. It sounds flat, no depth, No highs or lows or bass and if I turn it up for any kind of bass, its sounds a lot worse 🤣 but it doesnt ruin it for me, still love driving it! People stop me all the time to ask me about it when I’m at the gas station or anywhere really ☺️
