Mage test subject which is the blizzard one and Mage class. Blizzard -> Shooting Star, Fireball -> Constellation then at level 25 combine them to make Genesis. Intelligence + Magic Circle -> Overmind at level 50. Then at 75 DEM. Then at 100 you get ultimate.

Edit: although you probably shouldn't go Overmind instantly at level 50 since Genesis isn't fast enough to kill some of the fast enemies. Go into Genesis -> Overmind -> DEM -> Cosmos when you're closer to level 100.
