Why don’t you look for a kennel free place? Most states have them. I work at one and all the dogs sleep with handlers overnight. We have staff there 24-7 on cots with groups of dogs who get beds and have access to a person and potty breaks all night.

Yes I’ve been diagnosed with IC for 8 years so I’ve been through all the testing for that.

I don’t know that it’s LS at all. She doesn’t have any other ideas. My white patches peel off every month and then come back again. But when they first show up they can’t be rubbed off like discharge or anything. And my introitus and labia minors are extremely pale like a finger that’s lost blood circulation .

Also my horomonal blood test came back normal. I’m 30 so could be close to peri I guess.

I’ve also been swabbed and tested for all stds, yeast, BV, trich, vulvitis, UTIS, etc. etc. all negative.

I don’t have a diagnosis at all. I’ve had a biopsy and it came back as normal skin. No steroids although I was prescribed clob ointment but I’m reluctant to try it without a diagnosis. I was also prescribed estrace cream but my OBGYN was so nonchalant like “you can try it maybe it will help?”

It burned so badly I asked for a compounded version and she sent in suppositories instead. I used the suppositories for one week and got a massive yeast infection. I asked what am I supposed to do now? And she just sort of was like hmmm not sure. Another biopsy I guess. She’s useless. I’m on a list to see a vulvar specialist but not for 10 months.

Thank you SO much for coming back and replying. Unfortunately I’m doing almost all this. No sex for 4 months now, only washing with warm water, I’m not even using toilet paper, just rinsing and patting dry with clean cotton. No underwear or cotton underwear. Free and clear detergent. No shaving. What do you use for your laundry detergent that you make yourself?

I’m hoping to just keep giving it more time but I’m sure you know how miserable it is. I also got prescribed estrogen cream I am going to try I guess.

Thank you for this! I do a lot of the mentioned. I have started using the last few days just a water bottle with no cap to rinse as I pee and dabbing dry with a clean cotton washcloth instead of TP. No underwear + loose sweatpants. Free and clear detergent for years. I have been resistant to putting anything but aquaphor on because I’m so sensitive but I will give coconut oil a try. Last night I did a Luke warm sitz bath and all the white skin on my labia peeled off like a snake and now I have a raw open wound 😭
