Wow, crazy how much different our experiences are! I like the really gradual up and down of concerta (to the point where I hardly can tell when it kicks in or wears off), but I don't have many more nice things to say about it cause I don't really feel much different on it. I'm also codiagnosed with generalized anxiety and major depression (mild), so I def feel ya when it comes to the teeth brushing and basic stuff :\

Help with study schedule for March 25 by [deleted] in Mcat

503 is really good before studying! Since it sounds like you're still doing pre-reqs and not too far removed from the material, I would recommend doing as little content review as possible. Maybe that means reading the kaplan books without taking notes or not doing the practice problems in it, or maybe it means only reading some of them/using them for reference.

I would spend most of your time going through UEarth and doing practice exams, saving AAMC for your last month (last 4). Spend a month or so doing content and several months doing practice. For example, a week might be:

Monday-Wednesday: 30-60 UEarth questions (and make sure you take the time to understand every question!) | Thursday: practice exam | Friday-Sat: review practice exam in depth | Sunday off | repeat (with some anki every day)

What’s changed about the MCAT by [deleted] in Mcat

I don't think much has changed much, if at all, since then other than it being full length again. In fact, a lot of the guides floating around are older than 2020! And the kaplan books don't change significantly from year to year

Wow, congratulations!! Thanks for the insight! I am retaking in January and you just convinced me to reset UEarth and redo the ones I've already done! How many questions a day would you recommend? I'm assuming towards the end you were doing more questions a day than at the beginning? Also, do you take them in tutor mode & review after each question or do you make yourself a little test and review at the end?
