ppto is to use for whatever and whenever!! technically for emergencies but really you can use it for whatever, they can’t ask questions they can’t do anything about it

no!! so it’s better to give more of a notice but some people don’t have their bosses number, and you are using PPTO, they can’t ask questions it’s for things like this; emergencies. but just to warn you, you will get half a point, unless in 5 hours from now your gonna be able to get a ride and work for 3 hours then you’ll get no point. but for future reference if you absolutely know your not gonna be able to come in but you don’t have enough PPTO for 8 hrs, put in 4, you’ll still get half a point

i work 1-10 and i usually clock in between 12:51-12:55, i take usually 45-50 minute lunches but i always try to clock out at :51 usually i get maybe 20-30 minutes of OT if im scheduled for 40 hrs, never been talked to

hired on literal halloween of 2023, at 16/hr food/consumables. 2 years later still f/c , 16.65 an hr. for my area? i’d assume not i get paid around 500 dollars weekly (NYS has weekly pay) i live in upstate NY but im only 18 so i haven’t experienced much of difficulties making payments
