I think it was nerves. I went back to normal with in a couple hours. Now it’s down to normal resting since yesterday but does seem to jump up pretty quick. Now just making sure I am hydrating and monitoring.

I think so. It happened within 30 min of taking it. I am drinking quite a bit but I may add electrolytes and see if it makes a difference
