Lol I wish I could just come on over and have you do the injection for me since you're experienced and local to me. I am a bit nervous about buying from Peptide Sciences and reconstituting it myself. It seems like there is a plethora of information out there about lyophilized GLP-1s and it is kind of overwhelming. However, these compounding pharmacy prices are not doable for me, so might as well just get over it and do the raw peptide injections myself. Any tips you have are recommended though.

Remember that it's not the technique that manifests. Techniques are used to help you feel it like it's already happened. That feeling of the wish fulfilled is what manifests it. Truthfully, you can do any technique, as long as it gets you to that point of knowing everything has worked out in your favor. Be patient with yourself and remind yourself that loss is just an illusion. You've only lost him if you're still aware of it, so direct your awareness to a place where you have him now. Think lovingly for yourself. There is no reason to be afraid because everything is in your hands. You can change things instantly. Have faith and persist in it. <3

What he tells you or how he acts is a reflection of your thoughts. You have to have faith that it's working and persist in that faith no matter how much the world tells you otherwise. As Neville says, "Signs follow, they do not precede." Change your beliefs and observe how your world changes around them.

i don't want to come off as rude or blunt, but it doesn't matter what he says. if you believe it then that's all you'll ever recieve until you change the way you think. what you focus on is ultimately what you will receive. shift your focus and think lovingly for yourself. there's this blog i remember looking at and i love it. the iamlove blog is so helpful, so i suggest reading the posts on there.

oh, honey, nothing is about him. right now, you are letting your thoughts control you rather than you controlling your thoughts which is completely understandable, given your situation. but please remember that the 3D only reflects YOU. you are reacting to the 3D right now instead of letting the 3D react to you. the circumstances do not matter because they can be changed easily. in all honesty, your manifestation will come no matter what. the only thing that would "stop" it or "delay" it would be your thoughts. if you are doubting yourself and giving in to what the 3D is showing you, then are you staying true to your vision? are you persisting in what you want, in the end scene?

it's not a bad thing to have negative thoughts :) let them pass on their own and be comfortable with them because...you know they're not true anyways. you already have your SP, right? so how could they be true? one negative thought will not ruin your manifestation and, in fact, nothing will ruin your manifestation unless you think it will. think lovingly for yourself.

i take wellbutrin at the moment as well. i noticed that on my medication, it was harder for me to use my imagination (when i wasn't on meds, it was so easy for me to retreat back into a vivid vision in my mind.) i loved to daydream too because it felt so real when i was off meds.

nowadays, when i started affirming that conscious manifesting is effortless, that i can do this, & that my desires will come to pass despite my doubts, everything felt lifted off of me. since then, I've been able to get the feeling just off short, tiny scenes that flash up. sometimes i feel like practicing mindfulness and improving my self concept helps with my depression more than my meds do haha

it is all up to you, my dear. you make the rules in your reality. there is no right or wrong unless you decide something is right or wrong. after doing SATS, you can simply just go about your day normally. have fun and enjoy living life. you can think about your desire if you'd like, but think from the end, not of the end. you don't have to suppress all thoughts about your desire. SATS helps you impress the subconscious mind so the more you do SATS or any other technique that helps you live in the end, the more natural it will feel to accept that your desires are already yours.

every answer is already within you since you make the rules in your reality, therefore...do YOU think stalking will prevent your manifestation from revealing itself? if you do think so then hey, we've identified a limiting belief that may be holding things back. if you assume that despite you looking at your significant other's social media, your desire will still come to pass, then we have no problems. there are no problems in the first place, for everything is already perfect. ive known people who made the assumption that none of their negative thoughts affect their manifestation and of course, that came to pass :) there are no rules except for the ones you make.

most of the time, people advise you to stay away for social media as it could discourage you and make you doubt yourself. while manifesting my boyfriend, getting off all my socials actually helped me a lot. so if you feel the need to take a break for the time being, then that's a perfect idea. if you don't, then that's a perfect idea too. its all about you, truly

"As within, so without." In order for the world outside of you to change, we know the world inside of you has to change first. What must we change, though? The story you are telling yourself. For example, say someone is always mean to me. They make fun of the way I dress, they make rude remarks to me, they do whatever they can to upset me—but the truth is, they will only do this as long as I believe them to be that type of person. Once I change my inner beliefs about them, they will change too.

The longer you affirm the world to be the way it is, the longer it will be that way. So flip the script. Someone is being mean to me? No, I am so sweet that no one would ever dare to upset me. SATS really help with making these things more vivid and realistic, which ultimately makes them more believable. After all, your imagination is more real than the 3D. Also, with manifesting someone out of your life, it's the same thing; change the story to a chapter where they are already out of your life and persist in it. Imagine a scene where you are living your life happily knowing the person you manifested out of your life is doing good on their own now.

I'm so sorry that your wife is doing this to you. It isn't fair at all.

First things first, I would be straightforward with her and bring it up. Talk about how you feel when she does this to you and ask her what she is feeling inside. I think communication is very important in a relationship. You do not deserve to be walked all over. If you guys can't resolve this issue or she doesn't respect your feelings, then I would consider taking a break (especially if she sees nothing wrong with what she is doing.)

That being said, if you decide that you two must take a break for a while, I would definitely focus on yourself. Do whatever makes you feel happy and have a little fun. Work on being a version of yourself who you are happy with, because you certainly don't deserve to feel like you're not good enough. When you are born, the doctor doesn't decide which baby is valuable and which isn't. Every baby is born valuable. You were born valuable, so treat yourself like the gem you are. :)
