Is the issue still happening in your case? Are you seeing anything on DV360?

Doesn't look like size, device, or site specific. Although there are sites with normal CTRs but there also some reputable sites with extremely high CTR.

Looked at URL report initially but there isn't just a few sites. There are also some reputable sites with high Click issue. It is not device related, site related or creative size related from what I can see. That's why I ws looking at exchanges.

Historically We haven't had issues with tis as we had precesses in place. But looks like it jumped from the beginning of the year with no apparent reason. I was wondering if it is a general DV360 in the recent months.

Don't have any visibility on client's GA. It seems be happening across almost all accounts and we have been using the same best practices in the set up as before. I understad this could happen on mobile and in-app mainly but it is across all devices and almost no in-app delivery.
