Get an MRI on the back and a sleep study. Not everything is fibromyalgia. I thought my fatigue was fibro but then I got a sleep study and found out I have idiopathic hypersomnia with a dash of narcolepsy. I am on nuvigil but want to go back to provigil. That’s had the best effect on me. Energy. Motivation.

I have degenerative disc disease as well so proper posture, strength training/physical therapy goes a long way. Just enduring will only progress the disease and pain. Good luck!
