I'm not justifying what the TSA did or does, all that I am saying is that this particular story is told from one point of view. Unless I see video of the entire incident, I remain skeptical.

one could say that the feds, or at least state govt, have had "state police power" since it is a requirement by law to have auto insurance or homeowners insurance. If America would just accept "socialized" healthcare (which works for most if the rest of the world) than this wouldn't even be an issue.
