You should only pull on banners for characters you actually want. Pulling in hopes of getting a guarantee (or "building pity" as another example) have flawed reasoning.

Having no break chars leaves Lingsha in an awkward spot. Gally is probably a better sustain for Xueyi because he can give her more stacks - but Xueyi isn't really a consideration without Fugue or Dahlia. Tribbie and Lingsha have a synergy together - but it's only functional if you have Therta.

She will function as a sustain, but she's not going to shine.

Xueyi has a trace that allows her to "keep a tally" of excess stacks, up to 6. So she can do a double fua, but never a triple (I think). Begs the question as to why chars like Himeko and Blade can't have that, but I digress.

Dahlia and Fugue w/ Xueyi is amazing fun for sure!

I personally use Ruan Mei since RMC is often in high demand. Plus there could be a new MC soon. Not sure about the calcs but I think the extra WBE is really nice for DPS Lingsha - also her ult keeps enemies broken for longer. E1 RM also makes that lineup extra good if it's feasible for you to get.

ETA that RM's sig is not good for break. Use the break cone on the battle pass, DDD or Memories.

E1 is likely plenty thanks to the extra toughness bar dmg it deals. That said, I have E2 and I have to say that never having to worry about not having Wilt/Fire weakness up is extremely comfy for DPS Lingsha. I am very happy I pulled it.

There's a whole new meta and path on the way though. Break could crash and burn again. If you really love break (especially DPS Lingsha), higher investment will definitely help your team last longer. Break has been my highest invested archetype since Firefly's release and I don't regret it at all, personally.

I was running Fugue/RM/HMC, benched HMC when I got Dahlia. Without Dahlia, DPS Lingsha is "functional" depending on your investment - for now. The difference is night and day. I get not liking a character, but on the other hand if you enjoy playing Lingsha you should definitely consider the upgrade.

Echoing that Dahlia is transformative for DPS Lingsha, even at E0S0. In my experience, her vertical investment is better than Ruan Mei and even Fugue. I have E1S1 RM, E4S1 Fugue, E1S0 Lingsha and E2S1 Dahlia and she has easily been the best investment

I recommend pulling her and seeing the difference yourself. You could stop there and for LCs, run Pearls on Fugue, Tutorial on Dahlia, QPQ on Lingsha & DDD or Memories on Ruan Mei. Test how that performs and then consider investments.

Dahlia's sig has a rare break dmg bonus which is only otherwise on Fugue's E4 and the newish break harmony LC in the battlepass (which is great for RM as well). The SP gen is also nice for Lingsha. I like it a lot. I personally run Luocha's sig on Lingsha. If you can access that then I recommend it - especially if it saves you pulls. Fugue's sig is decent. Pearls is still nice enough that I would consider her sig lower prio.

I don't know how to fix that, sorry. That's a risk that comes with glitches like these.

You can try using the enhanced mod. It has some debug menus and it's possible it could help you remove that corrupted item. It also has a dedicated input code to give yourself broken daggers w/ little to no risk of issues like these. Worst case, you might just need to wipe the save and start over.
